So sad but there's nothing I can do about it. Although it's a VERY normal thing in this company to have a VERY high turnover, this season is different mainly because the people who are going are the ones particularly close to me. I'm happy for them because they'll finally have the career (and financial) growth that they aspire. Oh well, this situation makes me wanna ask myself WHERE DO I WANT TO GO REALLY?. Or maybe I'm just pressured because people are going and I'm not. I dunno.
I'm happy with my business. I don't have the final menu yet of the products I'll be offering but I have already started selling and marketing some. What I have read in "The Entrepreneur" mag is true -- we all have so many ideas for business, what we lack is the initiative and the bravery to bring everything to a start and to keep it going. I'm very thankful for that day... while I was going to work.. *ting!!!* and then the ideas just kept pouring in. It's a good thing that I have my pocket pc to capture all my ideas. But there's one thing i have to learn... balance between business and my real day job.
Sad, happy, sad, happy... oh well...

Thanks for the getting our hopes up :) I wish that I will get a better life there. hopefully. and don't feel pressured. you might not think straight and jeopardize your decision. i can't help it if you feel sad but that's a given. just don't stay with it for too long. think of this as we earning more to help you in your business (well, leej at least, not me. hahaha...)
